Payment

All pre-orders must be paid for in advance, so if you choose to pay later, your invoice may expire before the product arrives. But don't worry—you can cancel your order at any time before it's shipped, and once it's shipped, you have a full right of return.

Delivery

The expected delivery date is listed on the product page when you place your order and is marked as PRE-ORDER, so you can check it before placing your pre-order. Although we provide expected delivery times as realistic estimates, delays may occur. If there are significant delays beyond our estimated timeframe, we will contact you to keep you updated on the status of your order.
